A proactive sales and marketing team constantly monitors the market and carries out category analyses to assist you in your projects.

Our R&D Department, which has a pilot workshop, provides scientific and technological support.

Quality/Safety know-how 

At each site, quality assurance and an in-house laboratory guarantee regulatory compliance and make sure client requirements are met.


Industrial know-how

We have two production sites in France.

 Five technological processes:

> Boiled sweets (filled, ridged, layered, unwrapped)

> Chewy sweets (filled, ridged, moulded)

> Toffees (hard, soft, chocolate-coated)

> Chocolate-coated marshmallows

> Sugar-free sweets (boiled, chewy, toffee)

Packaging know-how

> Bags of 30g to 14kg

> Doypacks

> Round or square tubs

> 1kg to 280kg bulk package formats

> Various (Z’clic PCP pouches, bottles, gift boxes, tins, etc.)


At Confiserie du Nord, our primary concern is for consumer satisfaction.

> Both of our production sites have been IFS and BRC certified since 2006.

> Our quality approach relies on a formalised HACCP system and guarantees full traceability of the production process.

> In-house laboratories to monitor quality at both sites oversee production and enable product lines to be guided throughout the manufacturing proces


With two production sites of more than 35,000m² located in the Nord department of France, Confiserie du Nord enjoys a strategic position in the heart of a high consumption area, as well as being close to the principal raw materials.

> A total storage area of more than 8,000 pallets guarantees our partners flexibility and a quick turnaround time

> Computerised management by optical scanning of boxes and pallets not only guarantees FIFO, but also ensures full traceability from manufacture up to the point of sale

> Stock management is performed in real time by radio frequency. Information is exchanged with clients via EDI, enabling the logistic flow to be quick and reliable


In response to the most demanding expectations of the various markets, Confiserie du Nord has implemented an active Research and Development policy.

> Our R&D department is constantly on technology watch to provide scientific and technological support. The laboratory is equipped with a pilot workshop and carries out small-scale tests to reduce response time and offer customised solutions.

> The company has an internal panel of tasters who have all been trained rigorously in sensory analysis so they can assess product compliance, test new sweets and ensure perfect visual and flavour quality.
